ISDN Device control protocol (ISDN-DCP)

Hi,

a few questions: how is it possible for an application using CAPI 2.0 to take advantage of CAPI features of cisco 800 ? Is there a capi2032.dll for windows that acts as a proxy between the application and the router? Is there any technical documentation about the device control protocol?
