ISM-VPN -29

Hi

I have CIsco 2911-SecK9 with ISM-VPN -29

sh inventory 

NAME: "Internal Services Module - Crypto Engine on Slot 0", DESCR: "Internal Services Module - Crypto Engine"
PID: ISM-VPN-29        , VID: V01 , SN: 

I install last IOS c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.154-3.M3.bin

But I can't activate it. When I try to put

#crypto engine accelerator

I have the error

ISM-VPN in cleanup state, try later ....

What i need to do to activate this module

You have to specify the slot number of the ISM.

crypto engine accelerator [slot]

And you should enter the said command in global mode.

I can't do it. On my router I haven't slot parameter.

Only crypto engine accelerator.

As I understand to use this module I need HSEC license. But cisco don't sell it for 2911 router.
