License to Use IPSec VPN Tunnel on Cisco Router

I would like to configure a VPN tunnel from a remote site to my home office using a Cisco 2951 router. Will this require me to purchase the security license for my router? I noticed in the output of "show license feature" that it says "yes" under "RightToUse". I'm assuming this is because Evaluation is marked as yes? How long is an evaluation period?

For a site-to-site VPN you only need the "securityk9"license. You can order this through your preferred Cisco-partner. After that you are allowed to enable it permanently on your router.

Hello,

Issue the command "show license all" must show evaluate periodo. Usually 4 weeks.

For VPN you need additional licensing: securityK9 and SSL VPN license
