My CSC not Scanning!

Hi Gurus,

I cannot no longer access CSC-SSM10 via the ASDM interface?

The asdm in launching and i can see the tab for content security, but when i click on it,It will show me asdm can connect to csc.But i can still access the csc through the web browser.

The main issue is that all policy that i applied via the web browser  is not working i.e the CSC is not scanning the user traffic.

Kindly help out!

Sorry to ask, do you have the ethernet cable connected to the CSC? This is required for management.

HI Paul,

The ethernet cable is already pluged to the management Port, thats why i can point the browser to the csc ip address and log in, but the problems are :

From the ASDM i cannot connect to the CSC, also after diverting all traffic from the ASA to the csc using the cli policy commands, and appropriate configuration using the web interface of the csc to scan ftp, smtp,pop3 and others. But the CSC is not just scanning the traffic i defined in th policy.

Gurus!  i need your advice..................
