I am building a lab and would like to use a reverse telnet/terminal server/console server type of solution to connect to the network gear. Many years ago I had a Cisco 2511 which did the same job, but that was sold long ago. I need a more current solution for a half-dozen devices now with possible growth to double that in the future. What is recommended?

Due to the lack of response I started doing some research. I found this:
https://routerjockey.com/2011/01/24/setting-up-a-cisco-access-server/
... which included a reference to NM-32AS and 2600xm. So then I started searching for 'NM-32AS 2600xm' which didn't help but searching for just 'NM-32AS' (32 async serial) lead to this:
... which shows more current router products that are compatible. Among these compatible routers are the 3600 series and 2691. At the low end is the 3620 which has two slots which is what I am getting pricing on now. BTW, more information on the NM-32A can be found here:

Hi
Take a look here:
https://www.get-console.com/shop/en/device-servers/99-airconsole-ts-12-port.html
I'm using products from them and they work well
