No traffic voice using Cisco VPN Client AnyConnect (Cisco ASA 5516)

Hi All

After installing the new Firewall- Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance Software Version 9.15(1) and installing VPN AnyConnect and I have IPCom to remote user we still getting traffic voice problems. The call can be completed, but there is no voice traffics, the users can't hear each other.

The VPN is working fine, and the IPCcom is registering as well.

I've removed all codecs related to voice.

I dont't inspect any  (voice packet)

 

Routing ping ip etc all good

 

Any idea or clue?

at this stage hard to say what is wrong here - depends on the setup, where your call server or sip server resides-

In most cases it is a NAT issue with Voice calls, so you need to capture the packet and see what is wrong?
