NVR remote access

Hi all... hope all of u fine... i need assistance from you.. I have installed the samsung nvr in internal network. i need to make it accessible remotely and made the http port for nvr 8080. Then I have made port forwarded on cisco 2921 router for 8080 and 554 ports.

But when i try to access it remotely, username and password dialog appears, i enter the credentials but it shows "plugin error: Failure to access plugin (network error)" in the dialog box and logouts automatically.  I dont know whats happening here. It is working perfectly in local LAN but not for WAN.

Is there any other port number to be forwarded in the router? please guide me if you have any solution.. thanks in advance.

You need  to open a port range from 554 though 558 which are  the streaming ports, keeping in mind that 558 is reserved for the mobile app.

 Please note, it's very important to know the NVR model number because SRN-1000 only supports IE, Mozilla and Chrome  are not supported.
