ospf with ipsec between 2 asa. urgent

hi all i am having problem configuring ospf wih ipsec between 2 asa.

i have followed he configuration example as it is on the cisco website. bu still the ospf neighbour doesn;t up on the outside. ipsec is working fine.

has anybody tried this before.

any help would be appreciated.

Can you clarify:

You have a tunnel between 2-asa's terminating ipsec on outside interface and you would like to have ospf neighbors between the same outside interfaces of the ASA.this should be possible.can u send me the ospf and ipsec configs.
