Hi,
I have pix 515E and I have configured VPN on it. My users login to my network from internet via Cisco VPN client.
I have problem, only one machine from their LAN can do VPN by Cisco VPN client to my Network at a time.
Users are connected to LAN Switch and to internet via ADSL router.

Try adding the commmand "isakmp nat-traversal" to your PIX. I suspect what is happening is that the remote LAN users are getting translated to a single IP address as they pass through the DSL connection. I would also guess that the device doing the translation has an IPSec passthrough capability. Linksys routers would be a good example of this type of NAT device that allows the IPSec passthrough.
If this is the case, only one VPN connection will be able to function at a time. The command above will enable the PIX to detect clients that are behind a NAT device and will then try to setup the VPN sessions within UDP packets and thus get around the limitation of the NAT device and IPSec passthrough.
