PPTP VPN over DSL on Pix 501

I have a PPTP VPN setup on our Pix 501 v6.2. Most users can access the vpn without a probelm. However, one user is unable to ping any computers on the inside of the Pix. The user is establishing the PPTP connection over DSL at his home. He can connect to the Pix, authenticate through RADIUS, and ping the inside interface, but no computers.

Any help would be appreciated.

Ask him to check if the router he's using at his end has enabled gre and tcp port 1723. Also check if his local ISP has blocked any of these service or port.
