After an update a few days ago, could some employees at our workplace run the client while some could connect only once and then it did not work. What we have seen is that a service in Windows 7 called Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Agent starts and stops as it wants. There is also a file in C: \ Program Data \ Cisco \ Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client named xxxx.keep where it prints some information about the proxy settings that are not being removed. And if you remove it you can sometimes connect again

What is the error message that you get when the connection fails?

Also install DART and collect the dart logs. You can open a TAC case and they will be able to find out what is stopping the services from running.

Unfortunately we don't have a service contract and can't download the software for dart.
To Download this software, you must have a valid service contract associated to your Cisco.com profile.
If you do not have a service contract you can get one through:
| |
Once you have the service contract you must associate your service contract to your Cisco.com user ID with Profile Manager

The Dart exe will be present in the anyconnect pkg file that you have on the ASA. You could copy that package locally to your PC and extract it. You will find the file in the Binaries folder.
