"Cisco Secure Desktop is not supported on your platform" in Windows 10 Clean Install

I have carried out a "clean install" of Windows 10 Home edition on a Lenovo T430 laptop.

When I attempt to connect to my company's Cisco WebVPN service, the following error appears:

"Cisco Secure Desktop is not supported on your platform" .

Interestingly, I can connect to the WebVPN from a Windows 10 Pro Tech Preview version?

Any ideas?

I have found that I can run the Cisco WebVPN if I put Mozilla Firefox into Windows 8 Compatibility mode:

1. Right click on Firefox.
2. Click on "Troubleshoot compatibility".
3. Click on "Troubleshoot program".
4. Select "The program worked in earlier versions of Windows but won’t install or run now" and click Next.
5. Select Windows 8 and click "Test the program".
6. Close Firefox.
7. Click Next.
8. Click on "Yes, save these settings for this program".
9. Click Close.
