"Error 39: Unable to import certificate.

When I try installing VPN on Windows 7 and I get a message, "Error 39: Unable to import certificate. What might have not been done correctly?

Hi mongsplaatjies , 

This issues are most likely caused by "lack of permissions" on the PC  , are you using an account with admin rights to install the certificate ? , also you should check the polices on the computer you're using ,

This happend only with this specific PC or with multiple PCs ?

Also when installing the certificate check if you have the correct password.

Can you try to download a new certificate , if doesn't work.

Delete the profile and create a new one .
