Your sentence isn't fully fleshed out but this should give you the information you need regardless.
If you would like to know how to dial out from a router, you need to reverse telnet to your AUX port and then dial the router number you would like to access. For example:
telnet 192.168.1.1 2002
ATDT (phone number)
You will then establish a call with a remote router and can administer it.
For those who don't have access to a dial-out server, you can use dialicious.com in order to use a modem on the Internet to access your systems.
