Hello,
Is it possible to have remote access VPN with dynamic ip? if so what do I need?
I couldn't find any question here related to this problem?

Hi filip00011,
If you need a Site-to-Site VPN , you can configure a Dynamic-to-Static VPN to have this set up working.
If you are looking for a remote VPN client, example Anyconnect, you can create a SSL certificate and connect directly to the CN not the device IP.

I need remote access vpn. Can I do IPsec vpn?
I have cisco router 1921 and I would like to use cisco vpn client.

You can do the same with the Cisco IPsec VPN client, but you need to assign a domain to the Router IP and configure the VPN client to connect to the domain not the IP.
A DDNS solution might fit here as well.
