Hi filip00011

If you need a Site-to-Site VPN , you can configure a Dynamic-to-Static VPN to have this set up working.

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/security/asa-5500-x-series-next-generation-firewalls/119007-config-asa9x-ike-ipsec-00.html

If you are looking for a remote VPN client, example Anyconnect, you can create a SSL certificate and connect directly to the CN not the device IP.

Here are the steps to create a certificate on the ASA:

Cheers,

I need remote access vpn. Can I do IPsec vpn?

I have cisco router 1921 and I would like to use cisco vpn client.

You can do the same with the Cisco IPsec VPN client, but you need to assign a domain to the  Router IP and configure the VPN client to connect to the domain not the IP.

A DDNS solution might fit here as well.
