Remote Access VPN

I have an ASA 5510. I wanna configure it with remote access VPN.

Here is the diagram:

Local---ASA---Modem1---Internet---Modem2-User

I configured it by using ASDM VPN Wizard. But it didnt work. I already

opened ports 1723 and UDP 500 on modem... But when i try to make connection by using Cisco VPN Client, I cant succeed. it gives only NOT CONNECTED message...

Do i need something different on Modem?

Hi

If its a normal MODEM then theres no configuration required since its not an intelligent device to understand the port based traffic patterns.

Are you talking about a modem here in first place instead of a router ??

If its a normal Modem all you have to do is with the ASDM device.
