Does anyone know a goof remote power control hardware so that I can do a remote power reboot or power on/off over telnet or web interface?

Hi,

You can use SNMP to force a device to reload.

If you are going to deploy this method on your devices i would recommend also using access-lists within your SNMP config so that your devices will only accept SNMP read/writes from specific hosts.
