how you can remotely log into a telnet and ssh with C2960G

There are some aspects of your situation that you have not told us and that would affect the answers that we could give you.
- is the 2960G the source of the telnet/SSH or the target of the telnet/SSH?
- does the 2960G have a management interface configured with an IP address? If so it might be helpful to know what address?
- is there a layer 3 device that can route between the 2960G and remote subnets/remote networks?
- is the 2960G configured with a default gateway pointing to that layer 3 device?
- for SSH access, does the 2960G run code that supports encryption (required for SSH) and are the crypto keys generated on the 2960G?
If we knew these things we would be closer to being able to give answers to your question.

yes I can create a cryptographic key local, I can login with ssh C2960G switches on the remote but I can not sign on I find strange is that my studies I do not know what the public ip that the Gigabit Ethernet interface 0 / 8
