Renegotiate L2L IPSec SA

Hi folks,

nowadays it is a common issue that you have to renegotiate SA after the link (public interface) went down or if you manually terminated the IPsec SA.

It is pretty good described here:

But how can we solve this issue? I haven't found a solution yet and I am not sure if one exists. Tks for any commands in advance.
