routing issue on ASA5505 site-to-site VPN

Dear All:

I have Cisco ASA5505 on both office. And it has connected fine for a few month. Today, user report no connection in between. After discover the VPN, I found the VPN session on both site still established. However, Site B (remote site) cannot access one of subnet on Site A (Local site).

Does any of you could advice what step should I take to discover the issue?

Hi Wayne,

The issue can be caused by multiple reasons.

To start troubleshooting I would suggest that you run a packet tracer on the ASA and see if the traffic is allowed in the packet tracer or not.

If you can post the configuration from your devices I can look into it and see if we are missing something or not.
