RV-340 L2TP server does not configure

Hello

I have a RV340 router and trying to configure the L2TP server to accept connections from clients. I've tried following many guides, however, as soon as I press "APPLY" the radio button switches to "Off".

I have seen several videos on YouTube, people pressing "Apply" and getting L2TP up and running. Why it switches off?

Thanks. I am also using RV340 behind a NAT (Fastweb). In my case, it is not possible to configure L2TP. In their case, it is possible to configure but then it does not work.
