RV042 Nat my internal host for Lan to Lan VPN

My situation is a near exact duplicate of the guy on recent post #3107277 except that we want to use an RV042 on our end.  Is that possible on an RV042?  I got a succesful VPN connection but cannot ping a known host on their end, presumably because the one-to-one NAT is not intended for this purpose.  Thanks to Daniel for the diagram below which I modified slightly.

They want us to Nat my 192.168.200.51 host to 10.10.12.25

               192.168.200.51 <---> RV042 <-- Internet --> (unknown Cisco router)<-- 192.168.10.0
               (10.10.12.25)

My VPN is from 10.10.12.25/32  to  192.168.10.0/24

I'm not that familiar with the RV042 but I don't think it can be done on your side.

Can they NAT on their side, so you establish the tunnel the same way, but the NAT is performed on their side? where is should be anyway?

If for example you have an ASA or ISR on your side, you can NAT in this way.

There is no support on the other end so we must use their settings.  The ASA5505 is the official recommended router but I have other reasons to want the RV042.  I may have to double-Nic the one host that needs this connection and forget the NAT.
