RV110W rebooting

My RV110W as of Nov-2017 is rebooting without any cause? Is anyone else experiencing this type of problem?

I have aissue as well where the RV110w will not provide a DHCP and changes the 100/full duplex so access the management port via https is not possible. I can only reset the router to get it functioning. But traffic still runs through the rv1110w. I am running firmware 1.2.1.7. whicjh cme out a year ago.
