sh vpn-sessiondb not showing any usernames

We have Cisco Anyconnect sessions terminating on an ASA5525.

Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance Software Version 9.6(4)8
Device Manager Version 7.9(1)151

Compiled on Wed 11-Apr-18 19:59 PDT by builders
System image file is "disk0:/asa964-8-smp-k8.bin"

If I run the "sh vpn-sessiondb anyconnect" cmd it displays all session information correctly  but the Username is left blank. This occurs on both CLI and ASDM.

Any ideas ?

Hi, What authentication method are you using?

When I use the command "show vpn-sessiondb detail anyconnect" this does display the username. Try with the "detail" value.
