Site-2-Site VPN Between HQ , Site A & Site B

Dear Brothers,

Really i need your kindly help about the Site-2-Site VPN.

We have an HQ and 2 Sites (Site A & Site B) , and we are thinking to configure Site-2-Site VPN between them now.

HQ --> Router 3845 (Will be the Hub) --> Has Data vlan 11 & Voice vlan 21

Site A --> Router 2901 (Will be the Spoke1) --> Has Data vlan 12 & Voice vlan 22

Site B --> Router 1941 (Will be the Spoke2) --> Has Data vlan 13 & Voice vlan 23

So my questions are:

1- When the VPN is going UP, are the HQ Data & Voice vlans will be able to reach to the Site A & Site B Data & Voice vlans and Vice versa ?

2- When the VPN is going UP, are the Site A Data & Voice vlans will be able to reach to the Site B Data & Voice vlans and Vice versa ?
