Site-to-Site IPSEC VPN using Flex VPN

Hello,

doing Site to Site IPSEC VPN using Flex VPN, everything is working except virtual-template protocol is in down state.

Virtual-Access1 192.168.1.1    YES unset up  up
Virtual-Template1 192.168.1.1 YES unset up  down

I cleared crypto sessions on both side but still same.

That is normal.

The virtual-access interface is the one that is carrying traffic and it is cloned from virtual-template interface.
