Site-to-Site VPN Does not connect RV345 RV340

I'm trying to connect the site-to-site VPN configured on my Cisco RV345 routers but it does not connect, I have 5 of these RV345 routers & 3 of the 5 VPNs connect but 2 does not, there are all configured the same way.

The difference with the 2 routers that does not connect are there are Microsoft VPN servers at those locations that may be using the some of the same ports.

How can I get my Cisco RV345 routers to connect via site-to-site VPNs?

 - For those that not connect , check the logs when the connection is supposed to happen ; perhaps you will find additional (error) info's.

The 2 locations where the Cisco RV 345 routers don't connect & have DNS servers from my Microsoft Servers does that matter?
