I have a cisco asa 5505 at one site and a palo alto 3020 at another site. I have a site site vpn tunnel configured between both sites. As far as I can tell all the settings are matching, the tunnel comes up and there is traffic flowing. Then at 8 hours the tunnel drops and the only was to get the tunnel back up is from the cisco side. I ping the server on the peer side from the cisco side (remote) and it comes up just fine. Any clues why it goes down or where to look to find the issue. I am very new to cisco firewall.
