Site-to-Site VPN with one ASA behind Port Forwarding Device

Hi, I want to setup a Site-to-site VPN with one ASA having a static public IP adress and the other ASA located behind a device with a public IP which can forward ports to the ASA.

I could not find any documentation for this setup in the Cisco KB, does anyone have a link for me or a short description of the required setup?
