Slow upload speed using anyconnect

I recently joined a company which requires me to connect to their network using anyconnect. I have Railwire as my ISP in my home whenever i use this ISP to connect my download speed is good but my upload speed never exceeds 2Mbps. I have jio as my Uncles ISP whenever i use that ISP I get very good download and upload speed. I contacted Railwire about this issue and they have no idea what I was talking about. Can anyone help me explain to them what is happening or how to fix it?

Most of the ISP in India i know upload speeds are capped 1:4, unlike other countries Like UK you get decent symmetric speeds uplink and downlink speeds, If your upload speeds low without VPN, then that is a limitation ISP, if the ISP uploads good then you have upload issue while connecting to VPN, then we need to config and MTU of the VPN.

So if this ISP side issue, you need to talk ISP or change the ISP. nothing much cisco community can do here.
