SSL VPN and Windows 2008 CIFS

Hi All, After what I’ve been reading, am I correct in thinking there is no way I can get an SSL VPN to access cifs file shares hosted on Windows 2008 R2 Servers? The Win2003 ones work fine, but I get 'error contacting host' when attempting access of 2008 based shares. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Yes, you are correct.

You can use the exact file path instead of listing the file shares.

Here is the bug for your reference: CSCtk15567

That worked just great. Very many thanks, Jennifer.

Hi Simon,

How it work for you?

I'm trying the entire path \\server\share\folder\example and it is not working, but If I just include \\server the user go thru the folders... it works fine.

Same for you?
