Dear Sir,
I appreciate if you can help me with openning telnet session with my Cisco Switch which is in the other side of the (PIX to PIX) VPN, I appreciate if you can tell me what is the requirement to do that or maybe some one can help me with adocument that will help me to do that.

You should be able to telnet to your switch via the site-to-site VPN. I have a similar setup here and I can telnet to our remote switch via the site-to-site VPN with no problem.
Does your switch allow you to connect via IE, i.e. https:
Can you post up your pix config, and I presume that you don't have a router on the otherside (switch side) that might be blocking telnet on port 23?

Further to Jays comment, make sure that traffic is routable back to the PIX i.e. that the default gateway of the switch is the PIX inside address, or its gateway goes to a router which then goes to the PIX
