hi,
after I updated my windows 10, I cannot open and connect with VPN and I got this message:
I tried to go to Services and enable Cisco VPN.. but no button is active.
my firewall is deactivated too
how can I solve this problem?

Try upgrading to AC 4.9+ if not on that train already.
Make sure Windows Defender or any AV solution is disabled before restarting the Cisco VPN service.
There are a few apps that are known to conflict with AC, see if you have any of those and disable it temporarily.
