Throttle Bandwidth on Cisco ASA 5505 over site-to-site VPN

Can I do either of the following with a Cisco 5505?

• Limit Internet bandwidth used by the tunnel so it doesn’t consume our entire Internet bandwidth of 10Mbps at any given time
• Limit Internet bandwidth used by any single host for same reason

I have a site-to-site VPN configured to another Cisco asa.

Yes, you could configure QoS per tunnel-group and for specific internal hosts / networks.
