Hii bbasri,
if all the clients are disconnected, the problem is only at ur end.. either the pix or the internet router or the switch.. nothing to be checked on the vpn client at remote ends..
it has happened with me sometimes, and most often, the internet link fluctuates, due to which the outside IP of the pix becomes unreachable.. you can also check if the outside interface of the pix has gone up/down.. if the router is connected through a switch, you can check the switch port too.
if u have a syslog server, u can check these at right times, to find out the root cause of the problem...
hope this helps.. all the best.. rate replies if found useful...
