TTY ports mapped to line numbers

Do you have anything that would detail how the line numbers map to tty ports in a 2811 and 1841 router? I know the slots and layout on the chassis, but I can't seem to find how they map to line number 1-96.

tty 1/0 line 66 will be accessable by telnet x.x.x.x 2066

You could also use 4066 and 6066 depending on what type of connection you want
