hello,
i have a rule that deny any any for VPN AnyConnect access on ASA 5516, using firepower sfr module,
i allowed ultraviwer.net also port 2112 , ultra viewer does not connect
any idea?

Try debugging and checking the logs, what makes the connection drop in the event viewers.
Note it also needs a 443 port, if you have any Proxy in the network, you need to allow that domain.
