Umbrella Remote Computer takes too long to appear on dashboard

   Hello, does some body know why when I install a Umbrella Remote Computer Client it takes too long to appear at the Umbrella Dashboard, some times it takes 2 hours.. and after that, even when it is having traffic, it takes some hours more to appear at the search field on the reports section.. I´ve seen this in a lot of Umbrella installations, and when the customer ask  why I don´t have an official response for that.. do somebody have one?

Hi,

I have seen similar cases and sometimes I found its subject to user
internet. But other times it depends on the Umbrella cloud. You may want to
raise this with TAC. I didn't this with the product engineers and never got
this sorted but I know its something to do with the cloud (at least in my
case). FYI, its not only on umbrella. Its the same case with other vendors
as well (I have tried this with infoblox for example and got the same
experience. Similar with openDNS before being bought by Cisco)
