IS somebody know some manufacturer who can provide a wireless between bts (base station) and an unit (not mobile phone) ?

Depend on the manufacture, they are using QAM (Quadrature amplitude modulation),WiMAX (IEEE 802.16) ,GSM and ... between base station and customer premises equipment.

i will add some precision.cdma is used, the technologies are not wimax.
