unable to manage vpn3000 either login as admin

Hi,

we are unable to do some operations like file and session management, webvpn logging either login as full featured admin.

The message is; "You do not have sufficient authorization to access the specified page."

Our Version is 4.7.

is there any idea about solution?

Symptom:

The Manager displays a screen with the message, "Not Allowed/You do not have sufficient authorization to access the specified page."

Problem:

You tried to access an area of the Manager that you do not have authorization to access.

Possible Reasons :

You logged in using an administrator login name that has limited privileges.

You logged in from a workstation that has limited access privileges.

Log in using the system administrator login name and password. (Defaults are admin/admin.)

Solution:

Log in from a workstation with greater access privileges.

Have the system administrator change your privileges on the Administration | Access Rights | Administrators screen.

Have the system administrator change the privileges of your workstation on the Administration | Access Rights | Access Control List screen.

We tried these . I mean that we are able to login. But we are unable to do these operations instead of having full fetured account.

Merhaba Serkan,

If I understand correctly your problem could be with your group setup under user management. Check your base group policies and the policies of the the group the user is in that is trying to use WEB VPN.

Maybe you have a conflict of rules which prevents you accessing what is required.
