VPN 3000 and MS IAS (RADIUS)

Is it possible to configure MS-CHAP v2 encryption when using VPN secure client, VPN Concentrator and MS IAS? I implemented this solution based on Document ID: 20585. I have also reviewed a similar document relative to IAS 2003. These doc's specify to use no encryption and PAP. Is there an alternative implementation to use MS-CHAP v2?

There is no way to use MS-CHAP-V2 to authenticate the Cisco VPN client when connecting to a router. So I guess it would not be possible with the VPN concentrator too.

If there is an option to use other than MS ISA! Give it some thought.

MS ISA is not even IPSEC compliant until the 2004 version, and the VPN concentrator will not work with MS ISA unless it is 2004.

I found a cisco article that satifies my question.

MS IAS is not the same as MS ISA! This question is in reference to 3rd party RADIUS implementation with the VPN 3000 i.e. MS IAS.
