Hi, i have a ASA5508-X with CFMC 6.1.0 (build 330) version. How i can config a VPN with anyconnect client.

Are you using FTD or ASA image with seperate firepower module?

In case you are using the firepower module you may use cli/asdm to configure anyconnect.

In case you are using FTD, Anyconnect is not yet supported and is planned to be released in 6.3
