We just purchase Cisco VPN and it is Cisco VPN 3005 Concentrator Version 4.1.5 Rel Jun 18, 2004

The client after 8 minutes access, Got the following:
Secure VPN connection terminated locally by the client. Reason 412: The remote peer is no longer responding.

I did edit respond time= 480 on VPN Client Profile
Can anyone help.

Have you configured the concentrator to allow the connections inbound? Gues you will need to do it to allow the remote host responses through.
