Hello, friends,
I'm having a problem with VPN client installation on Windows 7.
I have a Windows 7 Ultimate with vpnclient-win-msi-5.0.00.0340-k9 installed and working. I tried to do the same on another computer running Windows 7 Enterprise and it didn't work.
Cisco's website says that vpnclient-win-msi-5.0.06.0160-k9 is compatible with the new Windows, but it didn't work either on my Windows 7 Enterprise.
The problem is that the Cisco VPN Service is not even being installed, so, when I start the client, it shows me an error message (show attached image).
Does anyone know what should I do to solve this?
I appreciate the help,
Mauricio Harley

I have been running Cisco VPN client version 5.0.05.290 on Windows 7 Enterprise for about 3 months with no problems at all.

I'm with the same problem. Today, when I startup my VPN client the error is the same. The Cisco VPN Service doesn't appear.
Yesterday was working normally. This is a windows update problem?
