VPN Client Software v3.5

Ok...maybe I'm just blind...but I can't find where to download the VPN Client v3.5. Or any version for that matter. I've been to the "Software Center" but nothing is listed. Do you need a special logon to download software like that?

VPN Client 3.5 does require a CCO Login.

I have logged in with my CCO login and am still not able to locate the 3.5.1 software. I found the documentation but not the sw. Anyone have the exact URL?

Anyone know the URL for the 3.5 DES client sw? I don't have authorization for 3DES.
