VPN connected but sites are not opening

Hello Sir,

My name is Mohammad and I am from Goa just having a query and need a help from you. I am working in a Taj hotel one of our hotel guest connected to hotel wifi network and he was using wifi in his laptop with windows 7 and he was connected to cisco vpn to connect to his company website but the problem is that after connecting to vpn he was not able to browse any website the sites were not getting open. But after the disconnection of vpn the sites were getting open so can you please help me out that what should I suppose to do if there is any configuration or settings to check with his browser and all please help

First thing you need to find out is to which device he is connection when using the VPN client, them you need to find out if they have split tunnel or tunnel all on the configuration. if you have access to the configuration i can help you, you can share a sanitized configuration and we can find out what is going on.
