VPN Crashes on Load

Hi,

i have just installed VPN on my PC (Vista 64 bit) and the splash screen appears with 'Initializing user interface components' but then nothing happens, it seems to crash at this point. CAn anyone help me as to why this is happening?

I did have a

ERROR 56: THE CISCO SYSTEMS, INC. VPN SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN STARTED

error previously but that error doesnt seem to appear any more.

Help im stuck and need to get some work done....

1. Revise all network connections, even unused ones, to make sure sharing is disabled
2. In services administration, make sure "Internet Connection Sharing" is set to manual.
3. Restart PC
