I have two RV220Ws that I use for a tunnel between two sites. I hooked them up and it worked great for two days then died in the middle of the day. They both say that they are connected, but there is no traffic. They both work as normal routers just fine. Just VPN has the problem.
1. I reset both routers, still doesn't work.
2. I used QuickVPN and it only works to one of the routers (I have users all set)
3. I used an old fashioned connection from Windows IPSec and it also only went to that one router.
I believe that one of my RV220W routers died. Anyone concur?
P.S. A week later and I am getting frustrated with the lack of support from Cisco. There is no place here to get support even though my routers are NEW - I am NOT buying a support contract for a new purchase. This is the most poorly designed website I have ever seen.
