You need to make a routing arrangement and NAT arrangement (side B)-  Side A - setup default route or specific internet route point to VPN B.

default route already exist so ic ant make different , its not VPN from one branch to another

its 2 different networks

As per the orginal post you have given information that they are on VPN (or i misunderstood wrong here ?)

Do you have small network diagram ?

2 site different companies connected via VPN

our side A and their side B

we already have default route for internet in the firewall

so question is side B which is different company has small network belong to them in our premises

they want to direct their user to use internet from side B through the VPn between us instead of using internet from our side A

VPN for network access to their side + internet usage should be from side B

If the Side B users Located in your network as shared basis. did they have different IP Subnet - then it is easy for you, make those subnet part of VPN Encryption and  Routing Arrangement for those subnet route to VPN Interface.
