VPN on multiples sites

Hi,

I want to install telephony equipement on four buildings in the same region,

I will install four VPN router CISCO RV042 for each location,

each location have fixed public ip, and all locations must communicate with the others.

My idea, is configure the VPN server in the router of the principal office and configure the 3 others office in client mode for connect to the vpn of the principal office. I suppose that all lan side of the 4 routers must be differents, like 192.168.1.20, 192.168.2.20, 192.168.3.20 and 192.168.4.20 for my ip telephony system. But my question is how can I told to the 4 locations that they can join all others ?

you can tell also if my idea is completly wrong ...

Not sure if RV042 supports but it looks like DMVPN is the way to go with your requirement. Do a search on cisco website or in this forum and you will find lot of useful documentation and discussions.
